InterWave Studios is an entertainment software and technology company founded in 2008 by members of the SteamFriends community. The main purpose of our studio is to develop interesting new games and modifications that are hand crafted to the highest standards of excellence.
With a full portfolio of projects that ranges from game modifications, plugins and anti-cheat programs to an established online community of gamers, InterWave's expertise is varied and well rooted in real life - we've been there, and we lived to tell the tale. It doesn't get more experienced than that.

The Wave Goes Vertical
As of today, we are pleased to announce that InterWave Studios, the development team behind Distant Hope, and Vertical Game Studios, the development team behind Stargate: The Last Stand, have merged. After months of collaboration and discussion, both teams feel that this is the best step forward in achieving both of the goals of release for both of the games Distant Hope, and Stargate: The Last Stand. The merger provides resources on both ends to allow for the addition of artists, coders, and more collaborative efforts to push these products to a higher standard and much faster than before.
We are going to release another media update next week of both Stargate: The Last Stand and Distant Hope.
